Dutch Weave Wire Mesh(Dutch Weave Screen) is manufactured from stainless steel wire. Different from plain weave woven wire mesh and twill woven wire mesh, the dutch weave woven wire mesh has different diameter in the weft and warp directions. Commonly the warp wire is coarser wire, which can supply the high tensile strength for the wire mesh. The weft wire is finer wire, which can ensure the excellent filtering performance. This unique structure with greater strength and finer openings is primarily used as a filter cloth.

Introduction: Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next adjacent wire, providing high filtration levels and high pressure load resistance.
Plain dutch weave woven wire cloth has two sizes of wire diameter. The weft wires has thinner wire diameter, which is woven tightly together to provide a tight mesh for filtering. The warp wires has coarser wire diameter, which provides strength to the woven wire cloth. Plain dutch weave has a fineness ranging from 40 microns to 300 microns.
Uses: Plain Dutch woven wire cloth is used for solid separation and liquid filtration.
Features: Plain Dutch woven wire cloth has higher mechanical stability. Finer openings improve filtration efficiency and quality. Thicker wire has higher tensile strength.
Introduction: It is the extension of the twill weave. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent complementary wires, which is similar as twill weave. The wire diameter of warp wire is larger than weft wire. The mesh count in the weft direction is greater than the warp direction. Dutch twill weave enables the weft wires to be woven more densely and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved. Very low absolute fineness grade of twill Dutch woven fabric (down to 5-6 microns). Heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and rust resistance.
Uses: Twill dutch weave woven wire mesh is used for filtering heavier materials.
Features: Twill dutch weave is capable of supporting greater loads than the dutch weave. It has finer openings than the twilled weave. It is used for filtering heavy materials.
Introduction: Reverse dutch weave woven wire cloth has finer wire diameter in warp wire and coarser wire diameter in weft wire. and the mesh count in the warp wire is larger than the weft wire.
